Department to the Navy Council approved a settlement with the Navy pursuant to which the Navy will pay Oakland Base Reuse Authority and the Redevelopment Agency $2.1 million as a result of litigation filed by OBRA to compel the Navy to convey seven acres of land as part of the homeless accommodation required under federal military base reuse laws.
