""Dispensaries may possess no more than 8 ounces of dried marijuana per qualified patient or caregiver, and no more than 6 mature marijuana plants and 12 immature marijuana plants per qualified patient.' and upon the call of the roll, the motion passed by Ayes: Agency/Councilmember: Brunner, Chang, Nadel, Reid, Quan, Wan and President of the Council De La Fuente -7 No: Brooks -1 The Council directed that, in addition to staff returning to the Public Safety Committee within 6 months with a review of the number of dispensaries, that the City Manager would review, in conjunction with a task force, the issue of on-site consumption, and return to Council prior to the effective date of the ordinance ( June 1, 2004).
