Agency/Councilmember Brunner made a motion, seconded by Agency/Councilmember
Reid, to accept the recommendations of the January 27, 2004 Community and
Economic Development Committee, that the top 5 highest ranking proposals at the time
of Committee totaling $4 million, be approved and staff to return to Committee on
March 9, 2004, to discuss the reallocation of the remaining $3.2 million for
homeownership or redevelopment activities, and hearing no objections, the motion
passed by Ayes: Agency/Councilmember: Brunner, Chang, Nadel, Reid, Quan, Wan
and President of the Council De La Fuente -7; Abstain: Brooks -1
