Item 2e: Toni Weathers v. City of Oakland
Council authorized a settlement in the amount of $50,000.00 in a case involving a trip
and fall incident in the City of Oakland in January of 2002.
Motion made by Councilmember Reid, seconded by Councilmember Nadel to authorize
settlement, and hearing no objections, all members present were recorded as voting:
