Tempore De La Fuente, that this matter be * Approve the Recommendation
of Staff, and Forward to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland
Redevelopment Agency / City Council, due back on June 21, 2011 There

The committee directed staff to include the Oakland Police Department's
concerns in the letter of support for this assembly bill.
