exclude the Museum Cuts, the proposal regarding the Kaiser Convention
Center, and cuts to Children's Fairyland. Further requiring work
commence on the development of ballot measures with polling, return with
concrete proposals if the measures should fail, with additional cuts
(proposed across all programs and with fair share to the police), all to
return in June 2010
