add the following language to the end of #2 - ""provided there are existing artist
or artisan residents who meet the requirements of the zoning code bulletin. The
motion also include adoption of the amended maps regarding residential areas
as presented in the supplemental report. Staff will return with a corrected
version of the ordinance and all attachments including definitions of the
""work/live"" ""live/work"" terms at Final Passage.

Charter Section 200, which provides that ""the Mayor shall have a vote on the

Rules of Procedure, Resolution No. 79006 C.M.S. this item was continued to the
Council's next regularly scheduled meeting solely for the purpose of allowing
the Mayor to cast the tie breaking vote on the motion.
