Council continued the OTBID Public Meeting to the Council meeting of March
3, 2009. Since the California Streets & Highways Code requires a minimum of

Hearing slated for the March 3, 2009, agenda will need to be continued to a
later date. However, the actual continuance motion will be made at the March
3rd Council meeting.
